Aboriginal children report

15th September 2006

The world congress of the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions, held in Melbourne, reported that 24% of Australian Aboriginal children aged 4-17 are at high risk of clinically significant emotional or behavioural difficulties. The percentage among non-Aboriginal Australian children is 15%.
