Ambulance Service set for employment tribunal

West Midlands Ambulance Service's attempt to exclude a union from a revised recognition agreement could end up at an employment tirbunal.. After last year's reconfiguration of ambulance trusts, West Midlands Ambulance Service stated the Association of Paramedics and Ambulance Personnel would no longer be recognised across the wider region.
