Antidepressants linked to violence

According to a paper published on the Public Library of Science: Medicine website, the antidepressant drugs known as SSRIs, which include the British drug Seroxat, may precipitate a small number of individuals into violence.

The researchers reviewed data from several sources including Seroxat's manufacturer, GlaxoSmithKline. They write "The new issues highlighted by these cases need urgent examination in all countries where antidepressants are widely used".
