Average Brit suffers 133 colds

26th January 2012

The average Briton will suffer 152 migraines, spend a year and a half waiting for doctors’ appointments, have 133 coughs and colds and require six stitches over an average lifetime.

But in a new report published by Health-on-Line.co.uk, which traces the illness and injuries suffered by British men and women, life expectancy has risen from 77 to 80 since 1994. Back pain, often associated with overweight people, has resulted in 210 back strains and one bone break for the average Brit.
