Brain training stimulates brain

Games which "train" the user's brain do have an effect, but only on "narrowly defined tasks," an expert has stated.

Dr Ronald Bracey, a consultant clinical psychologist, said the games can help users to improve memory. Dr Chris Moulin, senior lecturer in cognitive neuropsychology at the University of Leeds said: "I think they make claims that they wouldn't be allowed to make if it was a drug, without having scientific evidence."
