Britain now fattest in Europe

The results of a global study of the 33 richest countries has shown that British people are the most overweight in Europe.

The UK came in fifth place after the U.S., Mexico, Chile and New Zealand. The reearch showed that 42% of men and 32% of women in Britain were overweight, with 24% of men and 25% of women falling into the obese category. Scottish children were the second most overweight in the world, with the U.S. in first place.
