Consultation on development of Healthwatch England

The Department of Health is urging stakeholders and the public to contribute to the development of the Healthwatch England membership regulations.

The organisation will be a national consumer champion that enables the collective views of the people who use health and social care services to influence national policy, advice and guidance. The deadline from comments to the consultation, which asks questions on the key issues in relation to the membership of Healthwatch England that the Department has heard from stakeholders, is March 2.
