Most of us have sedentary jobs and some of us have to sit for hours; of course, in some case this is unavoidable. Yet, as mentioned in the research paper, it is desirable that we take a break every now and then or at least once in thirty minutes. But, alas, most of us do not do it and incur the resultant risk.
