DH advertise for new chief exec for Public Health England
12th January 2012The Department of Health has begun the search for a £180,000 a year chief executive designate for its new executive agency Public Health England.
A Department of Health advertisement for the post states that it is looking for someone with the “gravitas and enthusiasm to become a champion for public health” to take on the role from April to work on the detailed design and form of the future DH executive agency during 2012-13, before going on to lead the new organisation, which will comprise of up to 5,000 people.
