A new study has suggested that timing is a key element of dieting.
While chips and burgers are the scourge of most dieters they can be eaten but at set times of the day while those who snack on healthy food may consume much less but their haphazard eating patterns mean they can put on weight. Scientists from the Hewbrew University of Jerusalem found that sticking to strict meal times is good for the metabolism and helps the body burn off fat, allowing a more liberal choice of food.
