Disgraced paediatrician's abuse-case ban extended

Disgraced paediatrican, David Southall, who accused the husband of solicitor Sally Clark of mudering their children was yesterday banned from working with child protection cases for a further 12 months. He was originaly forbidden from working on child abuse cases for three years after he was found quilty of serious profesional misconduct in 2004.
