Exercise beneficial for over 40s3rd August 2006
It’s never too late to exercise, say researchers who found that even those who take up exercise after age 40 will achieve significant health benefits.
Researchers from the University of Heidelberg found that latecomers to exercise had a 55 per cent less chance of developing heart disease, only five per cent less than those who had always been active.
