Finnamore bought by GE Healthcare

One of the world's largest health technology companies has bought Finnamore.

GE Healthcare has bought Finnamore for an undisclosed sum. The new company will be called 'GE Healthcare Finnamore'. Staff from Finnamore and Performance Solutions UK will join to form a 70-strong workforce.

John Deverill, the former managing director of Finnamore, who will become the new company's managing principal, said: "This brings Finnamore together with one of the world’s leading healthcare companies, both with a shared vision to improve health and well-being and to support the development of patient-focused, integrated care."
