Full rollout of 111 put back

19th July 2013

NHS officials have said the full rollout of the non-emergency 111 telephone service is to be put back to 2014.

NHS England say it is important to make sure that the system is running properly before being rolled out across the country.

The telephone service has been dogged by complaints of poor advice and phone calls going unanswered.
