Health postcode lottery may be over

An atempt to end the postcode lottery of long eterm healthcare costs was published yesterday. From 1st October the government is abolishing the three tier nursing bands for registered care in England - currently costing £40, £87 and £139 - and replacing them with flat £101 rate.
