Healthcare companies failed by search engines

7th July 2011

Just under half of healthcare companies say their internal search engines take too long to find what they are looking for.

According to a new survey by MindMetre Research of more than 2,000 directors and managers in the US, UK, Germany and France only 51% said they could find what they were looking for through their own search engine within a two minute timeframe. A quarter of respondents said that their systems could only manage a timeframe of four minutes or more, with 88% of them labelling this as unacceptably long.
