Hospital staff praised for effort

John Rostill, chief executive of Worcestershire Acute Hospitals, sent a note to healthworkers at the Alexandra, Kidderminster and Worcester Royal Hospitals praising the efforts of staff for maintining services despite countrywide flooding.  He thanked staff who made the effort to come to work on Friday evening and Saturday morning in what were difficult and often hazardous conditions. He also thanked the military for their assitance in getting staff to work on Saturday evening.
