Infrastructure strategy for NHS Wales

12th August 2008

The infrastructure strategy for NHS Wales has been published by Informing Healthcare and outlines its aims for "a corporate arrangement that can meet the requirements of current and future healthcare services".

The first document - updates will be published annually -  looks at IT services including how servers are used, storage facilities and collaborative services. It wants to ensure "minimum specifications for servers" and develop email facilities for NHS Wales staff.
