Interim chief executive appointed

23rd July 2010

North Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has announced Karen Jackson is taking over as its acting chief executive.

The interim appointment has been made while the trust searches for a successor to Andrew North, who left after nine years in the role. Ms Jackson, who is the trust’s director of finance, has worked in the NHS for the last 17 years and was appointed to her current role in August 2008. She has also worked at Leeds Teaching Hospital and at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Trust.
