Medway go live at Kettering

25th February 2013

The Medway patient administration system went live this weekend at the Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Director of strategy and partnerships at Kettering, Mike Smeeton, said the trust could experience some short delays while staff got used to the new system. He added: "The hospital’s current patient administrations system is 12 years old and we have been looking to replace it for some time. We now have a product that will enable us to use less paper forms and record information more efficiently, directly onto the computer system."
