Millions are danger drinkers

The Daily Telegraph reports that nearly 13 million people are putting their health at risk by drinking too much alcohol.

According to government statistics, many people in the UK do no take into account the fact that many drinks which have alcoholic content have increased in strength and are served in larger measures.

The fashion for large glasses and wines with a higher alcohol content has meant that people living in the UK consume an estimated 3.5 units more alcohol than previously thought.
