More directors to be recruited to NHS Commissioning Board

A recruitment process is set to get under way for 19 senior director posts for the NHS Commissioning Board, all with salaries of more than £100,000.

Among the posts the board is advertising for is director of human resources (salary £117,500), director of the chair and chief executive’s office (salary £120,000), director of strategic finance (salary £140,000), director of financial control (salary £122,500), director of customer relations (salary £115,000) and director of nursing: quality improvement and care (salary £125,000) with most expected to be based in Leeds.
