Need to sweat when exercising

Experts say that to be ‚Äúreally healthy‚Ä? you need to break into a sweat when you exercise.

The warning comes from the American College of Sports Medicine where members are concerned that the official advice to do 30 minutes of gentle exercise each day is being misconstrued.

A report in the journal Circulation says that some people take this to include a mere stroll to the car. They say people should do at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise five days a week or 20 minutes of vigorous exercise three days a week.
