New clinical lead for paediatrics and child health

24th October 2008

Dr David Low has been appointed the new national clinical lead for paediatrics and child health by NHS Connecting for Health (NHS CFH).

He is the latest appointment in the expanding clinical team within NHS CFH as clinical engagement and involvement within the different programme areas become increasingly important in shaping the direction of the programme. Dr Low has been a consultant paediatrician for 22 years at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust, specialising as a Designated Doctor for Safeguarding for the last 15 years.
