NHS campaign agency success

26th November 2007

The 999 design agency has been singled out for praise for its work on a high-profile NHS campaign designed to improve hand hygiene in health workers in England and Wales.

The National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA) asked 999 Design to provide the design for the "cleanyourhands" initiative, which had its debut at London’s St Bartholemew’s Hospital in October 2007.

Kevin Cleary, Medical Director of the National Patient Safety Agency, said: "the hard-hitting visuals created by 999 have really hit the mark by highlighting how serious the issue of healthcare associated infections is".
