NHS IT sytstem 'failed miserably'11th July 2007
The man behind the Government's controversial NHS IT system had admitted the team has sometimes failed ' miserably' to deliver what staff want. Richard Grainger, who resigned last month from his job as head of the £12.4 billion upgrade, also said he was 'ashamed' of some of the work carried out by contractors.
