NHS Patient Experience Framework published

The Department has published the NHS Patient Experience Framework highlighting the areas which are the most important to patients’ experience of NHS services.

With the need to improve patient experience a key aim for the NHS, the framework identifies the need to ask, monitor and act on patient feedback t enable healthcare organisations to be in a better position to be able to make improvements in the areas that patients say matter most to them. The framework provides a common evidence-based list of what matters to patients.
