NHS staff believe Lansley is 'performing badly'
31st January 2012A YouGov poll of health service workers has found most of them believe Health Secretary Andrew Lansley is "performing badly" in his job.
The results of a survey of 1,600 NHS staff showed nearly seven in 10 workers thought the proposed Health Bill would lead to patients being charged for services such as cancer screening, ambulances and maternity treatment. David Babbs, Executive Director of campaigning group 38 Degrees, said: "Time and again Lansley's tried to claim that the silent majority of NHS staff support him. This poll shows that's not true."
