The clinical director of the National Obesity Forum Dr David Haslam has could for GPs to work side-by-side with community pharmacists to help tackle the growing obesity epidemic.
Dr Haslam, who is a Hertfordshire-based GP, said the role of pharmacists in weight management was currently under-valued.
