Operating framework published

14th December 2007

The NHS has published its Operating Framework for 2008-09, which offers a precis of the health service's priorities in the coming year.

It is divided into four sections which set out the priorities and the plans for managing them. The first deals with health and service priorities, the second with "reform levers and enabling strategies', the third concentrates on the "financial regime" and the fourth "business processes".
