Pilot cancer project may be rolled out across UK

12th April 2011

An Aberdeen pilot project called Dress For Now could be extended to the rest of the UK after proving successful.

The project has been adopted by the Teenage Cancer Trust and helps cancer patients to feel better about the way they look by carrying out photo shoots, offering style advice and providing meditation. Aberdeen-based style coach and designer of the project Danit Levi told BBC Scotland: "It's all about getting young people feeling comfortable in their body.Their body goes through so many changes and they have to rediscover what their body would look like."
