Plans in Somerset could see reduction in beds

Somerset CCG is planning a major overhaul of its community services which will see a reduction in hospital beds.


The CCG's governing body has approved plans that could mean up to 100 community hospital beds will be permanently closed.

These changes are expected to take place over the next five years.
