Shameful mistakes over Selly Oak war casualties

Birmingham's Selly Oak Hospital provides excellent care for soldiers injured in Iraq and Afganistan but made "shameful" mistakes at the start of the conflicts, MP's have heard. Representatives of vetrans and their families praised the medical care at the hospitall, as they gave evidence at a Commons inquiry.  The Commons Defence Select Committee is investigating medical care for Armed Forces.
