Stepping up to primary care leadership13th August 2008
The Royal College of Nursing and Bedfordshire Primary Care Trust has established a new leadership development to help nurses and therapists develop new skills and improve patient care.

The approach sees learning taken out of the classroom and into the PCT's day-to-day work.
