Stoke Hospital moves to new facility

8th December 2010

The University Hospital of North Staffordshire is in the process of relocating from an old Victorian property to a modern site.

Services from the Royal Infirmary will now be carried out at the new City General Hospital as part of a £370 million project. Maternity and oncology units are already in use at the new site. The old Royal Infirmary buildings will be empty by 2012, once the relocation is complete.
