Stress management for nurses

6th November 2008

The Royal College of Nursing has introduced a stress management element to the personal development section of its learning zone resource.

The learning opportunity contains information on stress and stress management for individuals and organisations with the resource underpinned with insights into the theory behind stress. The initiative was unveiled to coincide with National Stress Awareness Day and complements the RCN publication: 'Managing Your Stress. A guide for nurses' which has information on reducing and managing stress and legal guidance.
