Support Your Surgery campaign

19th September 2008

The British Medical Association has posted a poster and leaflet to GP surgeries in England as part of its ongoing 'Support Your Surgery' campaign.

The poster says "thank you" to the 1.3 million patients who signed the BMA's petition opposing polyclinics and surgeries run by commercial companies. GPC chairman Dr Laurence Buckman said: "We want all patients to find out what's going on and make sure their voices are heard as these changes will affect their local services."
