Surgery delays leaving patients in pain

One of the reasons cited for the postponement of the operations is lack of beds in the A&E. Such delays are being reported every now and then in almost all the health departments. It is appreciated that the NHS and the Medical staff, including the doctors, GPs, Surgeons have stupendous task and they are doing their best to cope up with it. But, since these delays seem to be never going away despite repeated reports, it is worthwhile that some thing concrete is done once and for all, so that such sufferings by the patients are avoided in future for at least some years.
