Technology 'stressing us out'

11th July 2011

A study by the University of Cambridge has found one third of people say they are "overwhelmed" by new technology.

The poll of 1,300 people showed that people who were stressed about how they communicated using technology were more likely to be generally dissatisfied with their lives. The study showed 38% of people aged 10-18 felt "overwhelmed by too much technology", in comparison to 34% of adults between the ages of 25-34.
