Trafford diabetes centre supported by Graphnet

20th November 2008

Trafford General Hospital has installed a web-based diabetes system from Graphnet in its dedicated diabetes centre.

The Diabetes Centre will be the hub for diabetes care in the area, offering specialist medical and nursing care, nutritional advice, patient education, and retinal screening and podiatry services under one roof. The Graphnet system, G-Diabetes, will collect the clinical information required by the centre’s team and allow it to be shared with other healthcare professionals, who will be able to view their own patients’ information over an NHS secure network connection.
