UCLH signs communications contract

27th February 2009

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has signed a seven-year contract worth £10m for all its mobile and fixed-line communications with Azzurri Communications.

It will be working across all six hospitals within UCLH, which is one of the largest and most complex in the UK. The contract covers all of UCHL’s communication requirements including the provision of its fixed-line telephony, pagers and BlackBerry devices. Supported by seven on-site engineers and a 24-hour helpdesk, the deal could save UCLH £1.7m over the length of the contract.
