Voluntary redundancy for North Tees staff

17th November 2010

North Tees and Hartlepool Foundation Trust is looking for staff to volunteer for redundancy as it seeks to make £5m in savings.

Details of a voluntary severance scheme have been outlined to staff by the trust’s chief executive Alan Foster who explained that while the organisation was currently in surplus, it was still £5m short of the savings it is required to make. The trust has a vacancy freeze in place and also expects to make increased efficiency savings as well as seeking volunteers for redundancy.
